From what I'm reading, the video was made three years before she was hired as a host. Why does this matter? Plenty of actors are hired for kid shows that have done other things as an actor that would not be appropriate for kids to see. Why is this different?
I AGREE with Rachel!!! I was thinking as a parent, I am sad for Melanie that she's not working on Sprout now- she was good. What does it matter what she did in her past? If Rosie O'Donnel can have her own kids videos... but I understand it's probably a whole PBS thing. But- who doesn't have a PAST?
