Why is it -- when DH takes a shower - no-one bothers him, but when I dare to run the water I have only enough time to wash the important places before someone small and female bothers me????
She bugged me until I snapped at her a little. Bad Mamma - then she went to her room (at 6pm) and never came out! The little mite fell asleep and slept until morning. WOW!!!
Why is it when DH says -- "Wow we really need to clean up around here" -- he doesn't mean - WE he means ME??? Grrrr he's lucky it's his birthday.
When does putting the laundry away cease to be fun? The kids are having a blast - I HATE laundry!!
ok vent done -- gotta clean more - nobody wants to come home to a dirty house on your birthday......

I never want to come home to a dirty house, but alas, whenever I leave I come home and it looks like a tornado hit. 'Cause he was SO busy attending to the kids he couldn't POSSIBLY pick up any of the toys!!! He HAD to pay TOTAL attention to them the whole time. You know, when he was flipping channels!
As for the shower, you get to shower?

But I SO hear you about the house. DH gets his feathers ruffled if things are out of place, so he does the dishes or laundry. Ignoring the HUGE todo list of things the house needs his touch for. We've been bickering about that lately...

I've always said a baby knows his mom's "smell" because she DOES smell. More like stenches from NOT showering. When I take a shower somedays I call it "destinking myself". Yuck, eh? ;)
